questionnaire. (We will assume that you are on speaking terms with your
fiancé(e) and that you will be able to print him/her a copy.)
Second, make a single payment (see
How To Pay) of £40.00 (see (Currency Converter) for the cost in your local
currency). This payment entitles you to use the pre-marriage
questionnaire and to receive our analysis of both your responses.
Once you have made the payment we will send the pre-marriage questionnaire to
the email address you have supplied with full details on how to proceed.
