We collect information about you for two reasons: first, to enable us to offer you counselling and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

Any information we store about you will be encyrpted with 128 bit strength encryption, making it impossible for anyone to access it, either casually, or maliciously.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will never pass your email address on to any third party.

The type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address credit/debit card details, and personal information required by us to enable us to offer counselling to you, and to take payment. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We use the secure, encrypted facilities of SureFire Commerce (partnered with Intuit's QuickBooks) to process online and offline card payments. They processed over $1.2 billion of secure card transactions in 2001.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
